    •    Abundance: Smoked Orange Char Siu Whole Duck, served with Watermelon Salad, Szechuan Cucumbers, House Pickles, Scallion Salad, Bao Buns, and sauces like Nouc Cham, Hoisin, and Sate. This interactive experience lets guests build their own lettuce bundles and bao buns at the table, creating a shared feast.

    •    Longevity: Fancy AF PY Noods, served in a luxurious caviar lemongrass garlic champagne cream sauce and topped tableside with freshly grated Parmigiano. This dish delivers indulgence and umami without guilt since we are utilizing vegan caviar. ($25)

    •    Prosperity: Short Rib Truffle Dumplings filled with sweet, smoky, and spiced short rib, paired with Viet Ponzu. Finished tableside with freshly shaved truffles for an elevated touch of luxury. (MP, truffles served by the gram)
