Phuc Yea is excited to host an exclusive Guided Cocktail Class in celebration of the Chinese New Year, honoring the Year of the Snake. 

The Year of the Snake symbolizes wisdom, transformation, and elegance, making it a perfect time to embrace personal growth and renewal. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Celebrate Chinese New Year at Phuc Yea with a vibrant, hands-on cocktail-making class led by renowned beverage expert Ani Meinhold. 

This immersive experience features the creation of three festive cocktails inspired by the Year of the Snake, symbolizing wisdom and transformation. Guests will start with a welcome Hibiscus Margarita before diving into the art of mixology at individual bar stations, fully equipped with professional cocktail kits, tools, and recipe cards.

Under Ani’s expert guidance, participants will master techniques for crafting a Spicy Manhattan and a Tiki-inspired Saturn cocktail, learning skills like butter-washing spirits, stirring, and garnishing. 

The class is interactive and dynamic, incorporating storytelling about the Year of the Snake and keeping guests engaged with raffles and prizes. 

Complementing the mixology are bold, flavorful dishes from an extended dinner menu, ensuring guests leave satisfied.

Live entertainment, including a dragon dance or fire breathers, enhances the festive atmosphere, making this a truly unforgettable celebration of elegance, fun, and prosperity.
