We’re serving up a perfectly smoked turkey breast, topped with our savory, spiced duck gravy, coconut milk mashed sweet potatoes with lemongrass and ginger, banh mi stuffing with duck confit, and more.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

    •    Smoked Turkey Breast – Our turkey’s been on a 24-hour journey in a pho spice brine, with PY Rub and a final stop in the smoker, finished skin-on for that perfect crisp.

    •    Duck Gravy – A rich blend of roasted vegetables, aromatic winter spices, and duck jus, bringing depth and warmth to your plate.

    •    Coconut Sweet Potato Mash – Silky coconut-mashed sweet potatoes with lemongrass, ginger, roasted walnuts, scallions, and a marshmallow crown, with Fish Sauce Caramel on the side.

    •    Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Tossed with Sriracha aioli, crispy shallots, and a bit of our Sate sauce.

    •    Banh Mi Stuffing – Torn French baguette with duck confit, andouille and Chinese sausages, all soaked in pho broth and topped with fresh herbs and scallion oil.

    •    Mac 'n Cheese – Cavatappi with a twist—lemongrass, aged gouda, soy sauce, and cream cheese, baked with a crunchy lemongrass breadcrumb and fried shallot topping.

    •    Signature Croissant Bread Pudding – The ultimate decadence! This ooey-gooey dessert is layered with coconut rum custard, dark chocolate chunks, and shaved coconut, topped with a drizzle of condensed milk—our signature take on a classic, guaranteed to end the feast on a high note.
